In terms of technology, we make the PCBA process flow divided into four main links roughly.
And they have the following names.
SMT chip processing → DIP plug-in processing → PCBA testing → finished product assembly.
In the SMT chip processing process, the components are generally matched and purchased according to the BOM configuration provided by the customer, and the PMC plan of the production is confirmed. After we complete the preparatory work , we would start the SMT programming.And we makes laser stencils according to the SMT process. And solder paste printing is performed.
We need SMT placement machine to assemly the components on the circuit board. And online AOI automatic optical inspection is performed if necessary. After inspection, we need to set the perfect reflow oven temperature profile and let the board flow through reflow.
After the necessary IPQC inspection, the plug-in material can then be passed through the circuit board using the DIP plug-in process and then flowed through wave soldering for soldering. Then there is the necessary post-furnace process.
After we comple the above processes, we also require QA to conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure product quality.

plug-in → wave soldering → foot cutting → post-soldering processing → board washing → quality inspection
PCBA testing is the most critical quality control link in the entire PCBA processing process. It is necessary to strictly follow the PCBA test standards. Amd it is important to test points of the circuit board according to the customer’s test plan (Test Plan).
PCBA testing also includes 5 main forms: ICT testing, FCT testing, aging testing, fatigue testing, and testing in harsh environments.
Finished product assembly
Assemble the shell of the tested PCBA board, then test it, and finally make the shipment.
PCBA production is a chain.And any problems in any link will have a great impact on the overall quality. And we need to control each process strictly .
