Requirement Collection

Tell us your —PCB dimensions, functional needs, or enclosure outline. Providing a schematic, layout, or block diagram will help our team better understand your project.

Project Kickoff

Our PCB engineers begin initial planning based on your input. We’ll clarify technical details such as board layer count, key components, and signal interfaces to ensure alignment.

Netlist Import

We import the provided netlist into our design software to begin the PCB layout process. This ensures accurate electrical connections from schematic to board.

Design Rule Setup

We apply specific PCB design rules including voltage levels, signal integrity, current requirements, and EMI control to meet both functional and manufacturing goals.

Electrical & Stackup Design

We perform PCB stackup planning, impedance control,  power integrity simulation. This step ensures optimal performance for high-speed& high-reliability applications.

PCB Layout & Output Files

We complete routing, length matching, silkscreen placement, and DRC checks. Final Gerber files and a detailed BOM are generated, along with DFM and timing analysis.

Prototype Build & Review

A prototype is produced based on the design. We conduct functionality tests, identify potential issues, and offer expert suggestions for optimization if needed.

Full Design Validation

We conduct final checks: footprint, netlist, outline, silkscreen, DFM, and layout reviews. Only after full verification is the design approved for production. we can make the pcba perfectly

Ryan is the Chief engineer of 86PCB. He has more than 10 years experence in PCB&PCBA industtry and being good at pcb design pcb layout ,pcb stack-up design components placement–one stop service.

He has so many electronic project particularly in Intelligent products, intelligent lighter, intelligent shoes, smart home, intelligent robot etc.

Last year, his team designed intelligent shoes, when you walking or dancing, your phone will be charged. Now the intelligent shoes has been introduced to the market , and it has attracted a lot of people’s attention.

 

Gavin Chen is professional in Communication equipment products, like Wi-Fi, TV BOX, CD BOX,Wireless equipment . TV BOX he designed has been sold to South America, Southeast Asia etc.

He graduated from the electronic engineering major of the university of technology. He has a strong design and research capability,especially in IoT industrial automation domain.

With more than 10 years of rich experience, Gavin Chen can meet requirements of various OEM design projects.

 

Li Yang is the senior engineer of 86PCB. His major in university is automotive electronic field. After graduated from university he worked for very famous Japan company Nidec as electronic engineer.

Then he came to DALIAN JY, he is responsible for vehicle filed electronic production now. With his support, we have strong power on automative production now.

Li Yang has designed and developed many industrial control boards,WIFi module, inverter and so on.

Li Miao, an electronic engineering graduate from the University of Technology, is highly regarded for her forward-thinking innovations in the fields of IoT and industrial automation.
